Conference and Functions - Amber Rose

Our conference facilities are ideal for smaller groups, typically management meetings, strategy or brain-storming sessions and team-building away from the office, ensuring privacy in pleasant surroundings. In this country environment, there are few clues that one is so close to the city. The fresh air and peaceful situation allow for creativity and thought. After conferencing, delegates are welcome to gather on The Rose Terrace to enjoy sundowners. A full day or half day conference package is offered, but longer conferences and accommodation can be structured to meet your needs.

An equipped conference room offers either boardroom seating for up to 20 delegates or cinema style seating for up to 40 delegates, in a room measuring 9,5m x 6,5m.

Standard equipment includes a screen, whiteboard, flipchart, TV, video. If required, sound equipment and data projectors are charged for separately at market related rates. Delegates are provided with complimentary pens, note pads, mints, water and juices on the table.

Tea, coffee and hot muffins, are served on arrival. Pastries or scones are served with mid morning and afternoon tea. A hot buffet lunch is served on The Rose Terrace.

Conferencing packages are customised to requirements.
