The conference venue is suitable for up to 20 delegates ‘U’ shape and 40 delegates cinema style.
Conference rates are R 350 per delegate for groups of more than 5 delegates.

Cancellations
- Where cancellations are made less than 10 days prior to arrival, the full accommodation charge will be payable
- In the event of premature departure, the full period of the booking will be payable
- Where cancellations are made between 10 and 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the booking will be payable
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will be fully refundable
